It helps support security personnel with the skills of dealing with legal texts and criminal facts correctly developed and provides them with legal applications that enable them to perform special tasks, which require sufficiently trained and educationally qualified personnel in the field of law enforcement to carry out their roles. Correctly, which increases the effectiveness of their performance in the field of combating crime and tracking its perpetrators to reduce this phenomenon.​

1 Special admission requirements

  • Obtain a bachelor's degree in law (regulations) or any of the ​Areas that the admission committee considers to be cognitively close to law enforcement.
  • Conducting the personal interview.​

  • Deducing the causes of crime, methods of preventing it, and the rules of modern punitive treatment in accordance with human rights.
  • Implementing criminal investigation procedures with high efficiency, the correct disposition of criminal cases, and the implementation of judicial orders and requests for legal assistance in international criminal matters.
  • Deducing cases of invalidity in the field of criminal law enforcement, and then the ability to draft criminal arrest reports with high efficiency and the correct disposal of them, devising cases of criminal danger, and the skill of judging accused persons
  • Applying modern means of law enforcement, such as: artificial intelligence techniques, practicing modern criminal investigation procedures with high efficiency, and images of modern forensic evidence and their importance in criminal proof.
  • Analysis of the most important forms of discretionary crimes that are new to the penal systems, their elements, and their punishment.
  • Comparing international and organized crimes and crimes of international terrorism, classifying forms of organized crime, discussing the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court and its trial guarantees, and comparing forms of modern means of enfo
  • Extracts data from the investigation report, its conditions and procedures, distinguishes it from evidentiary procedures and final investigation procedures, forms of international and security cooperation in criminal matters, discusses public office crime
  • Deducing the causes of crime, methods of preventing it, and the rules of modern punitive treatment in accordance with human rights.
  • Effectively apply criminal control and criminal investigation procedures to law enforcement and its competent authority.
  • Identifying the factors and causes that lead to crime and the implementation of penalties, and the importance of criminal control in enforcing criminal law and the scope of its application within the framework of procedural legitimacy and human rights.
